Kenya Kieni peaberry, a rare and exceptional coffee from the highlands of Nyeri. Grown at high altitude and processed with meticulous care at the Kieni washing station, this peaberry selection undergoes the classic Kenyan double fermentation method—a process that enhances its clarity, acidity, and vibrant fruit character. After pulping, the coffee is first fermented dry, then washed and soaked in clean water before being dried on raised beds for optimal sweetness and complexity.
