The Gasca family has produced this sensational pacamara by engaging the brains trust of many elite coffee farmers in the region of Bruselas and the local community. It presents vibrant stone fruit and citrus notes up front with a unique nutmeg and complex botanicals like a vermouth (sans the alcohol) on the finish. Processed with the meticulous theromoshock techniques to lock in these unique flavours from the ripe pacamara cherry, we recommend this coffee served in a brandy balloon and quaffed.
